Introduction to the Artifact: In my EDU223 class I created multiple forms of assessment that went along with my unit plan. Rationale: By creating multiple forms of assessments that go along with my unit plan I offer students multiple chances to excel. In my stage three there are eight different forms of assessment for my whole unit that will be used. They are all different and can be related to the seven different learning styles. I have one that focuses on art, one that focuses on writing, one that focuses on a physical creation and others. Artifact:
